To those discovering Graceful Health,
The nature of Patient Appreciation Day is designed for education and for you
to have a hands on experience of Graceful Health Care. You will first have a
consultation, so our doctors can begin to understand you and your concerns.
This will be followed by a physical exam. You will then receive a Graceful
Health entrainment from Dr. Andrew Downey, in the group room. In
addition to Patient Appreciation Day, we will be gifting you a follow-up visit
which includes a report of what we found during your 1st visit, we will make
recommendations, and you will receive another Graceful Health entrainment.
This is all part of the complementary package you receive by participating in
Patient Appreciation Day.
To participate:
1. Schedule your appointment with our wellness coordinator, Kathrynne
(916) 631-8046.
2. Download the Patient Appreciation Day Forms.
3. Print them out.
4. Confirm your Appointment by mailing the forms to:
