clouds, and I am reminded of my
joy. I feel. The conduit that is
my spine is hot with energy,
expanded, flexible, and oscillating
ever so smoothly. I relate to the
redwood tree across the smooth
expanse of the pond, feeling it’s
trunk as though it’s spine, also
very still like me, and yet, so alive
with energy that flows naturally
and free.
