After being diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 1994, I tried many different forms of therapy to lessen the constant pain that I lived with daily. I first tried medication, then physical therapy, yoga, magnets, chiropractic, massage, acupuncture, and now receive help from you and Naomi. All previous methods had failed to provide any kind of lasting result and there was never an improvement in my pain level and range of flexibility. Now, having put in to practice the breathing, and relaxation methods that I have learned through Graceful Health, along with receiving the gentle entrainments at your office, I am nearly pain free for the first time in 13 years.
